Event overview
The Future of Medicine, hosted in partnership with EduCare, introduced students to the diverse and evolving field of healthcare through a series of expert-led sessions. The event opened with an inspiring keynote by Dr. Walid Fitaihi on the importance of compassion in medicine and the human side of healthcare. Students then explored a range of medical specialties, including internal medicine, family medicine, women's health, and a session on curiosity and compassion in medical practice. The day concluded with an emergency response workshop, where participants gained practical knowledge about responding to medical emergencies and the importance of quick, effective action.
